The minimum rental rate is one week (7 days). Each day is prorated thereafter.
Long term rates are available; please inquire.
The rental period begins when we deliver the equipment to your place and ends when we come to get it.
Rentals canceled within 24 hours of the reserved delivery date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Delivery and pickup service is provided.
Payment All rentals are COD without prior approval of credit. Credit is offered at our discretion. Invoices are due when the invoice is delivered. Interest of 1.5%/month is charged thereafter.
If you finish your rental early and we haven't turned down rentals to make the package available to you, we will refund the balance of your rental fee.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Verbal quotations of pricing do not imply a binding contract. All items are subject to availability.
Equipment shall not be subject to hazardous or abnormal conditions. We reserve the right to terminate a rental and pick up the equipment at any time if you haven't paid your invoice or if we feel that the equipment is not safe.
Your (Client's) materials are received, handled, and stored using our equipment at your risk. You warrant that you have the legal right to possession and use of all materials handled and stored on our equipment. You are responsible for managing, storing, archiving and protecting all materials handled and stored on our equipment.
Rentals require either a Certificate of Insurance or a credit card deposit..

Insurance is relatively inexpensive and very easy to obtain from the Complex Corporation. Your Certificate of Insurance should:

NO EQUIPMENT CAN BE RELEASED WITHOUT VALID INSURANCE OR DEPOSIT!
We will deliver the equipment to you, set it up, make sure that it is working, point you to the tutorial and guides and answer your questions. When the rental is over, we will pick up the equipment.
To avoid unwanted surprises and to insure your peace of mind:
Book your package well in advance. This guarantees that
the
equipment is available and allows us sufficient time to prepare
your package.
You must supply your own your supplies (tape stock, CD or DVD discs, lunch, etc.).
Remember that our service does not end when we leave your premises. If special circumstances or problems arise, notify us as soon as possible so we may respond with technical help.
If changes in the agreed upon pick up time become necessary, please call ahead and make arrangements to avoid additional charges. Late returns and last minute panic orders limit our ability to serve you.
